SPRING BREAK 2012!

My spring break was fanfreakintastic! I went to Key Largo with my besties Katie, Marri, Alissa, Crystal, Danica, Megan, Nick, Jessie, Luke, and Logan. Twas great. We went snorkling in the oh-chin. I saw two barracuas! Then we went parasailing, and yes i puked! I even got to swim with my second favorite animal (behind cats of course) the manatee! It was an awesome vacation!

so, this morning i thought i would be productive and wake up early to talk to Mrs. Thompson about my paper i was up super late trying to do. so i walk out of the door and make sure to lock it to keep my kitties safe inside and i expected my car to be started like it is every morning because my dad is just a nice guy but it wasnt for some reason. so i walked out to my car in the rain to see if my keys are in the passenger seat and they aren't, so i check all the doors of my house to see if they're unlocked and they arent. at this point im thinking this is awesome. now you are probably thinking why dont you just call a pal and ask for a ride, well with my luck my phone broke two days before this lovely morning and it wont turn on. so i put my backpack on and walk to school in the cold rain with out a coat on wearing a charigan, and little mocasins (which are both now soaked). since i woke up early to get to school early i only walked into school a mintue late. Mr. Spencer even greeted me saying "did someone hit the snooze a few times this morning?" and then i walked into ap bio and EVERYONE laughed at me, you jerks. Mr. Landry let me go stand under the dryer, but it didnt help much. WHY MUST I GO THROUGH SUCH MISERY?!?!?!?!?!?

week three, getting in the lab

 I found this lab to be very informational and helpful. I've never done anything with titrations so it was a neat experience. I also enjoyed that the KMO4 was purple, purple is my favorite color you know, and it was a very nice purple. The effect of the enyzmes weren't working properly, but it was still a good lab to start out with being I didn't get a lot of good quality lab time in chemistry.

• What topic are you most looking forward to in this class? Why?

Labs, because I think labs are a fun time. But I really don't like the formal lab part of them.

• What topic are you least looking forward to in this class? Why?

Chemistry. I hated chemistry class, plus I forgot it all. Sooo yeah I don't want to do that.

I'd like to make a shout out to marri may! For taking me to Logan's Roadhouse and getting fries as an entree.

hi hello! I'm Alicia.This is my AP bio blog for the class I'm taking at Sparta High School. I'm taking this course, because I enjoyed biology as a sophomore, and I figured this was a good way to get ready for college. I'm hoping to get another AP credit under my belt and more readiness for college from this course.

My main hobbies are: sleeping, hanging out with my cats, and eating pizza.
Other then that you can usually find me singing, playing softball, taking photos, or acting. I'd say singing is my biggest passion. I'm in my school's choir, my church's choir, and a traveling choir called Impact Student Ministries. I plan on attend Olivet Nazarene University next fall and majoring in Psychology and Christan Ministries.
